Essential Launch

This Agreement (“AGREEMENT”) is between Blind Squirrel, Inc. d/b/a Integrity Marketing Solutions (“Company”), and (“Customer”), effective with today’s date, (the “Effective Date”).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Customer wants to contract with the Company for the provision of marketing services from the Company to the Customer as per the Terms and Conditions below. Customer wishes to use these services as outlined below. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Company will provide services to the Customer and the mutual promises and covenants of the parties.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company shall provide Customer with the following services for one law office location:

The Essential Launch System:
1. Website design and hosting
2. On-Site Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
3. Blog Build & Syndicated Content Subscription
4. CRM Integration and Lead-Generation Follow-Up Automations
5. Calendar / Online Scheduling Integration
6. Reputation / Reviews Management
MARKET PERFORMANCE COACH. Your personal performance coach will meet with you monthly to review data, give insight and advice, and strategize with you on next steps.
GROUP COACHING. Weekly group coaching is provided for you and your staff to get training, updates and answers to any pressing questions.
PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP. You are encouraged to join the private Facebook group, Crossing the Rubicon, for additional community and support.
TERM AND TERMINATION. This Agreement shall be effective for a period of 12 months commencing on the EFFECTIVE DATE of this contract, and will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at then-current pricing unless canceled with 30 days' notice in writing to the Company.
COMPENSATION. Customer agrees to pay Company the Total Amount Due as outlined in the PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION. The Total Amount Due is owed the Company whether or not Customer chooses to utilize any or all of the Service.
TERMS OF SERVICE. All services are provided under the Current Terms of Service as listed on the IMSRocks.com knowledge base at https://kb.imsrocks.com/.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

I AUTHORIZE BLIND SQUIRREL, INC., dba INTEGRITY MARKETING SOLUTIONS (“COMPANY”) TO CHARGE my credit card on the payment schedule selected by my checkmark below.

Standard Payment Schedule

Four (4) payments of $2,500 each, with the first payment due on signing and three subsequent payments to be billed on or about the 15th of the next consecutive months; followed by eight (8) payments of $795 each billed on or about the 15th of the next eight consecutive months for a total amount due of $16,360.

Level Payment Plan

Twelve (12) payments of $1,500 each, with the first payment due on signing and eleven (11) subsequent payments to be billed on or about the 15th of the next 11 consecutive months for a total amount due of $18,000.

Pay in Full

One (1) payment of $13,360 (get two months free), due on signing.
