Essentials BASIC

This Agreement (“AGREEMENT”) is between Blind Squirrel, Inc. d/b/a Integrity Marketing Solutions (“Company”), and (“Customer”), effective with today’s date, (the “Effective Date”).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Customer wants to contract with the Company for the provision of marketing services from the Company to the Customer as per the Terms and Conditions below. Customer wishes to use these services as outlined below. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Company will provide services to the Customer and the mutual promises and covenants of the parties.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company shall provide Customer with the following services:

The Essential BASIC System:
1. Website hosting
2. On-Site Technical SEO
3. Syndicated Blog Content Subscription
4. Integration with Client's CRM
5. Integration with Client's Calendar System
6. Reputation / Reviews Management
MARKET PERFORMANCE COACH. Company will provide a personal market performance coach to serve as the primary point of contact to coordinate the marketing efforts and meet with the CUSTOMER monthly to review marketing performance, answer questions, and make adjustments.
GROUP COACHING. Customer may join weekly group coaching calls weekly throughout the duration of the program.
PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP. Customer is encouraged to join the private Facebook group, Crossing the Rubicon, for additional community and support.
TERM AND TERMINATION. This Agreement shall be effective for a period of 12 months commencing on the EFFECTIVE DATE of this contract.
NO REFUNDS. Company abides by a strict, no refund policy. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, Customer expressly agrees and understands that Customer is foregoing any right to claim any refund of fees paid for access and use of the service(s) offered by Company for any reason whatsoever.
COMPENSATION. Customer agrees to pay Company the Total Amount Due as outlined in the PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION. The Total Amount Due is owed the Company whether or not Customer chooses to utilize any or all of the Service. Administrative access to website will not be granted to Customer and no transfer of Work Product will occur until the Total Amount Due is paid in full and this Agreement is satisfied.
TERMS OF SERVICE. All services are provided under the Current Terms of Service as listed on the IMSRocks.com knowledge base at https://kb.imsrocks.com/.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

I AUTHORIZE BLIND SQUIRREL, INC., dba INTEGRITY MARKETING SOLUTIONS (“COMPANY”) TO CHARGE my credit card on the payment schedule selected by my checkmark below.

Level Payment Schedule: Twelve (12) payments of $795 each, to be billed on or about the 15th day of the next 12 consecutive months for a total amount due of $9,540.
