Kristina Park: Essentials Launch + Social Webinar Promotion


This Agreement (“AGREEMENT”) is between Blind Squirrel, Inc. d/b/a Integrity Marketing Solutions (“Company”), and  (“Customer”), effective with today’s date, (the “Effective Date”).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Customer wants to contract with the Company for the provision of marketing services from the Company to the Customer as per the Terms and Conditions below. Customer wishes to use these services as outlined below. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Company will provide services to the Customer and the mutual promises and covenants of the parties.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company shall provide Customer with the following services: 

  1. The Essentials Launch System + LIVE Webinar Promotion:
    1. Website design and hosting
    2. On-Site SEO
    3. Blog Build & Syndicated Content Subscription
    4. CRM Integration and Lead-Generation Follow-Up Automations to include automations for LIVE Webinar Registrations
    5. Calendar / Online Scheduling Integration
    6. Reputation / Reviews Management
    7. Social Media Promotion of Two (2) LIVE Webinars Per Month
      - Posts will be on Facebook and LinkedIn
      - CUSTOMER will manage budget for boosted and promoted posts and COMPANY will attribute budget to posts for driving registrations


  2. MARKET PERFORMANCE COACH. Company will provide a personal market performance coach to serve as the primary point of contact to coordinate the marketing efforts and meet with the CUSTOMER monthly to review marketing performance, answer questions, and make adjustments. 

  3. PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP. Customer is encouraged to join the private Facebook group, Crossing the Rubicon, for additional community and support.

  4. TERM AND TERMINATION. This Agreement shall be effective for a period of 12 months commencing on the EFFECTIVE DATE of this contract.

  5. NO REFUNDS. Company abides by a strict, no refund policy. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, Customer expressly agrees and understands that Customer is foregoing any right to claim any refund of fees paid for access and use of the service(s) offered by Company for any reason whatsoever.

  6. COMPENSATION. Customer agrees to pay Company the Total Amount Due as outlined in the PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION. The Total Amount Due is owed the Company whether or not Customer chooses to utilize any or all of the Service. Administrative access to website will not be granted to Customer and no transfer of Work Product will occur until the Total Amount Due is paid in full and this Agreement is satisfied.

  7. TERMS OF SERVICE. All services are provided under the Current Terms of Service as listed on the IMSRocks.com knowledge base at https://kb.imsrocks.com/.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

I AUTHORIZE BLIND SQUIRREL, INC., dba INTEGRITY MARKETING SOLUTIONS (“COMPANY”) TO CHARGE my credit card on the payment schedule selected by my checkmark below.

 

Payment Schedule: Twelve (12) payments of $2,500 each, with the first payment due on signing and eleven (11) subsequent payments to be billed on or about the 15th of the next 11 consecutive months for a total amount due of $30,000. Program renews automatically on a month-to-month basis at $2500/month without 30 days written notice of cancellation.

APPLICANT AGREES THAT ALL INFORMATION IS ACCURATE AND FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THIS CONTRACT MAY BE TERMINATED AT THE DISCRETION OF BLIND SQUIRREL, INC., dba INTEGRITY MARKETING SOLUTIONS IF ANY CHARGES ARE DECLINED OR CHARGEBACKS CLAIMED AGAINST ANY INVOICE.
