Before launching IMS, she was the marketing and practice manager for a Kansas City-based estate planning law firm. Her other marketing credentials include serving as CMO for a regional bank holding company and ten years as a marketing director with largest health care delivery system in the midwest.
She earned her writing and business chops early in life as an award-winning newspaper reporter and eventually managing editor of a daily newspaper. Jennifer’s work has been recognized and awarded by both the Missouri Newspaper Association and the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism, where she received their highest honor for Excellence in Journalism.
Jennifer holds a bachelor's degree in journalism, with a specialty in newspaper publishing, from the University of Missouri-Columbia and earned her master's in business management, leadership and strategy from Michigan State University.
