The Essentials Marketing System | 12 Month


This Agreement (“AGREEMENT”) is between Blind Squirrel, Inc. d/b/a Integrity Marketing Solutions (“Company”), and  (“Customer”), effective with today’s date, (the “Effective Date”).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Customer wants to contract with the Company for the provision of marketing services from the Company to the Customer as per the Terms and Conditions below. Customer wishes to use these services as outlined below. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Company will provide services to the Customer and the mutual promises and covenants of the parties.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company shall provide Customer with the following services: 

  1. The Essential Solution System: Website design, On-Site Foundational SEO, Blog Build, CRM Integration, Email templates for Blog Digest & ENewsletter, Email List import if needed & Segmentation / Tagging for Blog Digest & Enewsletter distribution via RSS feed, Social media profile & branding, Calendar / Online Scheduling Integration, email automations for form responses.

  2. LAWMATICS CRM INTEGRATION (when applicable). Customer agrees to provide Company log-in access to their Lawmatics CRM for the purpose of creating email automations, specifically the e-newsletter, blog digest, and contact automations. It is Customer’s responsibility to set up their CRM account, maintain and separately pay for the same to keep the account in good standing to support the email automations and promptly notify Company of any change in log-in access information.


  3. BOOK A CALL & CALENDAR SCHEDULING. Customer may choose to utilize the book-a-call strategy as the call-to-action for their online scheduling. Company agrees to assist and support Customer with calendar and online scheduling using ONCEHUB (Schedule Once),  CALENDLY, or LAWMATICS for the online scheduling. Customer is free to use any online scheduler they choose, but Company has expert knowledge on the ONCEHUB, CALENDLY, or LAWMATICS applications. Customer agrees to pay for their own online scheduling account where applicable (not included in the Service).

  4. MARKET PERFORMANCE COACH. Company will provide a personal market performance coach to serve as the primary point of contact to coordinate the marketing efforts and meet with the CUSTOMER monthly to review marketing performance, answer questions, and make revisions. CUSTOMER will have 24/7 access to ongoing tracking reports through an online log-in.  These reports will be reviewed with analysis and recommendations during the monthly meeting.

  5. ONLINE CLIENT ACADEMY. Customer will have access to the Company's online Client Academy for additional training throughout the duration of the program. Staff members also may be enrolled in the Academy at no additional cost.

  6. GROUP COACHING. Customer may join weekly group coaching calls weekly throughout the duration of the program. 

  7. PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP. Customer is encouraged to join the private Facebook group, Crossing the Rubicon, for additional community and support.

  8. ESSENTIAL SEO. Includes: 
    1. Reviews Management
    2. Citations Management
    3. GBP (Google Business Profile) Optimization (One Location)
    4. Monthly Blog Management: One blog post, optimized and shared to GBP and social media

  9. LIST CONFIDENTIALITY & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT. To maintain and support the client, Company and its staff members will have password access to the Customer’s CRM database lists. This is a necessary part of the service. The Company agrees that these lists are the exclusive property of the Customer. Because this information is valuable property and is of a highly confidential nature, Company agrees not to disclose, transfer, duplicate, or reproduce in any form or manner whatsoever all or any portion of the said emailing list(s) and to use such property solely for the provision of the Service to Customer.

  10. TERM AND TERMINATION. This Agreement shall be effective for a period of 12 months commencing on the EFFECTIVE DATE of this contract.


  11. NO REFUNDS. Company abides by a strict, no refund policy. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, Customer expressly agrees and understands that Customer is foregoing any right to claim any refund of fees paid for access and use of the service(s) offered by Company for any reason whatsoever.


  12. COMPENSATION. Customer agrees to pay Company the Total Amount Due as outlined in the PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION. The Total Amount Due is owed the Company whether or not Customer chooses to utilize any or all of the Service. Administrative access to website will not be granted to Customer and no transfer of Work Product will occur until the Total Amount Due is paid in full and this Agreement is satisfied.

  13. TERMS OF SERVICE. All services are provided under the Current Terms of Service as listed on the IMSRocks.com knowledge base at https://kb.imsrocks.com/.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

 

WAIVE THE $2,500 SET UP FEE (Offer Expires One Business Day)
I AUTHORIZE BLIND SQUIRREL, INC., dba INTEGRITY MARKETING SOLUTIONS (“COMPANY”) TO CHARGE my credit card one (1) payment of $2,500 today, followed by 11 consecutive monthly payments of $2,500 each to be billed on or about the 15th of the month for a “Total Amount Due” from Customer of $30,000.

I AUTHORIZE BLIND SQUIRREL, INC., dba INTEGRITY MARKETING SOLUTIONS (“COMPANY”) TO CHARGE my credit card one (1) payment of $2,500 today as the initial set up fee, followed by 12 consecutive monthly payments of $2,500 each to be billed on or about the 15th of the month for a “Total Amount Due” from Customer of $32,500.

APPLICANT AGREES THAT ALL INFORMATION IS ACCURATE AND FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THIS CONTRACT MAY BE TERMINATED AT THE DISCRETION OF BLIND SQUIRREL, INC., dba INTEGRITY MARKETING SOLUTIONS IF ANY CHARGES ARE DECLINED OR CHARGEBACKS CLAIMED AGAINST ANY INVOICE.
