William O'Leary Ads Management Agreement

This Agreement (“AGREEMENT”) is between Blind Squirrel, Inc. d/b/a Integrity Marketing Solutions (“Company”), and (“Customer”), effective with today’s date, (the “Effective Date”).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Customer wants to contract with the Company for the provision of services from the Company to the Customer as per the Terms and Conditions below. Company provides advertising management services. Customer wishes to use these services as outlined below. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Company will provide services to the Customer and the mutual promises and covenants of the parties.

LIMITED GOOGLE ADS MANAGEMENT. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company shall provide Customer with ongoing oversight and recommendations regarding CUSTOMER's currently running Google search ad campaign for probate.
FACEBOOK CONVERSION ADS MANAGEMENT
1. AD SET UP & MANAGEMENT: COMPANY agrees to provide CUSTOMER with management services for Facebook conversion ads, to include ad creative, audience targeting, budget management, tracking, review and strategy.
COMPENSATION. Customer agrees to pay Company a monthly retainer of $1500 for a minimum of three months, with automatic renewal on a month-by-month basis.
TERM AND TERMINATION. This agreement shall automatically renew monthly. CUSTOMER may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days advance notice. Termination of services means that Company will stop all ads and remove itself from Customer's advertising accounts, leaving CUSTOMER ownership and all campaigns intact. CUSTOMER is responsible for turning the ads back on if they so choose.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

I AUTHORIZE BLIND SQUIRREL, INC., dba INTEGRITY MARKETING SOLUTIONS TO CHARGE my credit card on the payment schedule indicated below.

$1,500 monthly retainer to be billed upon signing this agreement and then on or about the 15th day of the next two consecutive months. This agreement will automatically renew on a month-by-month basis unless terminated by either party with 30 days notice.
