Estate Mentors: MARKETING RETAINER AGREEMENT
This Marketing Retainer Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into between Integrity Marketing Solutions, a digital marketing agency, hereinafter referred to as "Agency", and Jesse Andrews of Estate Mentors, hereinafter referred to as "Client".
SERVICES:The Agency agrees to provide the Client with the following services:

Rebuild and Redesign website on WordPress
Host on the IMS high-performance server
On-site technical SEO: covers things like site load speed, meta tags, headers, etc.
Video integration to help pre-qualify prospects
Integration with GoHighLevel CRM for lead capture and booking
Pixel tracking set up for lead and conversion tracking
Blog integration
Keyword research and content marketing management: topical authority building with website and blog content
SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO)
YouTube channel optimization and website integration
Monthly custom blog article
Monthly media press release (back link and authority building)
Social media management: LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
EMAIL MARKETING
Email automations built in GHL for automated follow up
Email marketing suitable for in-network financial advisors to send to their prospect and client lists
Lead-nurturing emails to support webinar marketing
ONE(1) MARKET: WEBINAR AND FUNNEL BUILD-OUT, ADS and MANAGEMENT
Script, design and produce marketing webinar for estate planning
Build out webinar funnel: webinar landing page, booking calendar, confirmation and redirect
Facebook ad creative for cold traffic and remarketing (initial and ongoing)
Audience targeting
Ad testing and budget recommendations
PAYMENT TERMS:Customer agrees to pay Company the total sum of $60,000 for the term, to be paid in six monthly increments of $10,000 each, due and payable on or about the 15th day of each month. The first payment to be due upon signing (today) and then consecutively on the 15th of the month (the next payment to be due on or about Dec. 15, 2023). Payments to be made by ACH.
TERM:The term of this Agreement will be six (6) months, commencing on the date of signing.
CONFIDENTIALITY:Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the execution of this Agreement.
GOVERNING LAW:This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT:This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
I AUTHORIZE BLIND SQUIRREL, INC., dba INTEGRITY MARKETING SOLUTIONS TO CHARGE my bank account once $10,000 today and then five consecutive payments monthly, each on or about the 15th day of the month (next payment due on Dec. 15).
