Jennifer Goddard | MBA | CEO
CEO, Vice President & Co-Founder
Jennifer Goddard is CEO, Vice President and co-founder of IMS. She guided the agency from its start-up as a consulting firm in 1995 to a multimillion-dollar national agency.
Jennifer specializes in helping lawyers grow great law firms with authentic marketing and business leadership. Before launching IMS, she was the marketing and practice manager for Kyle Krull's law firm. Her other marketing credentials include serving as CMO for a regional bank holding company and ten years as a marketing director with Health Midwest, the largest health care delivery system in the midwest. She earned her writing and business chops early in life as a newspaper reporter and eventually managing editor of a daily newspaper.
Jennifer holds a bachelor's degree in journalism, with a specialty in newspaper publishing, from the University of Missouri-Columbia and earned her master's in business management, leadership and strategy from Michigan State University.
In her "spare" time, Jennifer is the owner / operator of Legacy Ranch -- about 50 acres of gorgeous ranch land just outside of Colorado Springs. She enjoys working with her horses, building a sanctuary retreat space for clients, camping in the Rockies, and long distance running. She is currently training to run the Honolulu Marathon later this year.

IMS President Kyle Krull practices estate law in Overland Park, KS. Kyle's quest for an ever more profitable and enjoyable law practice is the inspiration and guiding force behind everything we do at Integrity Marketing. In addition to being a pioneer in digital legal marketing, Kyle also is editorial director for all legal content.

James has spent the last 15 years helping small law firms and solo attorneys design and achieve the lifestyle and law firm of their dreams. James believes that selling is serving. The more you authentically serve the client, the more you will sell.
He not only leads and manages our enrollment team, James is our resident Sales Coach. He helps clients develop their sales strategy, script and confidence to excel at high ticket sales. Clients enrolled in his Total Sales Mastery coaching program love his weekly sales training calls over Zoom.
James is a proud husband and father of three wonderful children. He coaches 12U Football and is a deacon at his local church.
Director of Video Services
Michael's mission is to help solo attorneys and small law firms become more successful than they ever dreamed possible by infusing online marketing with authentic, compelling video storytelling. He is expert at reframing ideas into stories. His overarching strategy is to attract clients who connect with your firm on a deep, emotional level through shared values and vision.
Michael has a bachelor's degree in mass communications from Northwest Missouri State University, where he learned to direct, host and produce for TV and radio ... skills he's put to work for IMS clients since 2009.
Outside of work he enjoys videography, photography, and music. Mike's main interests are running marathons to stay in shape for mountaineering with his fiancee Bridget (when conditions are right for such an adventure). These endeavors require regular training where he sets goals for himself and takes the required steps in order to achieve those goals.
"Crossing finish lines or reaching one of the many summits of the mountaintop are some of the most cherished memories and feelings of my life," he says. "It makes me confident that I can guide myself and others to success by setting goals and seeing them through to accomplish more than they thought was possible."

I’ve been with IMS since early 2000 and have run the gamut of responsibilities from printing, folding, addressing, and sorting monthly newsletters for post to developing websites when they were basically online brochures. I have an associate degree (A.A.S.) in accounting and computer information systems from State Fair Community College in Sedalia, Mo. and a passion for systematizing, developing protocol, and creating efficiencies.
At IMS I look forward to Mondays because we have a team that rocks and is dedicated to YOUR success. I assist the rest of the team with the techy aspects of getting your website live and your automated marketing system up and running.
In my spare time I love to be outside as much as I can – gazing at trees, digging in the garden, camping, walking in the woods and playing in the water! I live on a small acreage, at the edge of a small town – surrounded by beans and corn – with my husband, children, chickens, cats and a dog.
Director of Education
Sara joined IMS in 2019 as an account technician to develop and customize the various applications such as customer relationship management (CRM), calendaring, and email marketing for client websites and webinar marketing funnels. Her expertise lies creating coherent connections between each application and helping lawyers exploit the power of automations. In 2022, Sara stepped into the role as director of education in which she develops online course platforms and curricula.
Previously, Sara served as the marketing manager for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education and a university instructor and writing tutor at three separate research institutions including the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Her bachelor of arts in English and Spanish and masters of arts in Comparative Literature empower her to develop client content in a clear and effective format as well as coach clients on the use of their new platforms.
In her free time, Sara enjoys cooking, camping, and being outdoors with her family in the Upper Midwest.

Amber joined IMS as a Client Coach in 2020. She graduated from Penn State University with a Business Administration degree focusing on Marketing and Management. Since 2004, Amber has worked on the agency side of business and been responsible for growing agency revenue, development and implementation of marketing programs, managing large virtual teams and tracking ROI for her clients.
Amber is one of the first people that a new client will work with. She handles everything from the initial onboarding meeting, to managing the development of the client’s new digital marketing platform and finally ongoing digital strategy coaching to help each client reach their firm goals.
In her free time, Amber and her husband enjoy spending time outdoors and spoiling their rescue dog, Deisel. She enjoys everything from offshore fishing for tuna, spending time on her boat and scuba diving.

My journey began when I received an Academic Award in Business Education during my senior year of high school after presenting a business proposal for a hypothetical marketing start-up. That small accolade sparked my passion to pursue a career in business. Four years later in May of 2016, I graduated from the Gore School of Business at Westminster College, earning a degree in Marketing and minor in Communications. Over the last six years, I’ve worked for a large online retailer in the outdoor industry that focuses heavily on their unique brand identity and building a loyal customer following through a “sales through service” approach. As the Product Education Lead, I made an impact on the business through my expertise in training and development, sales growth, content curation, and most notably, building close relationships with key external partners.
Originally from Burlington, Vermont; I was raised in close proximity to the Green Mountains and Lake Champlain which developed my passion for the outdoors. Whether it’s rock climbing, snowboarding, backpacking, you name it – I’m always on the move to experience new places. In my down time, I love to use my creative brain to shoot photography, paint or perfect a cooking recipe.

Kurt graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in International Relations and has worked at IMS since August of 2020 as a Local SEO Specialist and Digital Tech.
Kurt is passionate about helping small businesses be successful through digital marketing strategies and technology. He is an entrepreneur at heart and has run 3 of his own businesses, including a digital marketing agency. Along with his digital marketing background, Kurt has over 18 years of sales experience, selling both products and services in various industries.
When not working, Kurt enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Robert has been a web designer at IMS for 4 years. He has helped the company pioneer the WordPress platform so that the company can build and enhance our clients' digital experience and allow them to easily take control of their own marketing and business in the realm of digital. With over 5 years of working with WordPress, Robert enjoys building unique digital identities for attorneys across the United States at IMS.
Robert has a B.A. in online communications and web design with a minor in computer science and technology from Northern Kentucky University. Robert started his journey in web design and development back in 2016 when he decided to take on NKU's rigorous Media Informatics and Digital Design, and found his niche within the WordPress ecosystem working with PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors and chases storms.

For the last five years, Ann has been working with small businesses to improve their branding, social media presence, and business operations. She has been working with IMS since 2021, doing content creation, social media management, and various design and video editing projects.
Ann graduated from the University of Colorado, in her hometown of Boulder, with a Bachelor of Arts in Geographic Information Science and an Undergraduate Certificate in GIS and Computational Science. In her free time, Ann enjoys biking, hiking, cooking, painting, and creating custom stained glass pieces.

Kurt R. Mattson is the former Director of Library Services and Continuing Education at Lionel Sawyer & Collins in Las Vegas. Prior to this, he served in numerous research, product development, and editorial positions with BNA and other legal publishers. He spent a substantial portion of his career working for West Publishing (Thomson Reuters). He has also served as a consultant for several legal research and marketing companies.
Kurt received his JD from William Mitchell College of Law and his Masters of Law (LLM) from George Washington University. He received his Masters of Library Information Science (MLIS) from Wayne State University.
Kurt is the editor of the Lexis title, BSA/AML Update, and co-author of A.S. Pratt’s Mortgage Procedure Guide to Federal and State Compliance, and author of Fair Debt Collection Practices: Federal and State Law and Regulation. His article on employment discrimination, Demise of Disparate Impact on the Rehnquist Court, was published in the University of North Dakota Law Review. He is also a contributor to other business and legal publications.
