Founded by Jennifer Goddard and Kyle Krull, IMS was born out of a vision to transform how estate planning professionals engage with their communities. As a marketing executive and an estate planning attorney, respectively, Jennifer and Kyle understood the unique challenges facing the legal profession. They saw a need for specialized marketing that not only promoted legal services but built trust, authority, and meaningful client relationships.

A pioneer in digital legal marketing, Kyle Krull is not only the President and Co-Founder of IMS, but also an esteemed practicing estate attorney based in Overland Park, KS. Kyle’s dedication to building a more profitable and enjoyable law practice serves as the guiding force behind everything we do at Integrity Marketing. As Editorial Director for all legal content, Kyle ensures that every word we publish meets the highest standards of expertise and credibility.
